Mark Suchan of SchmackBioEnergy and Alan Johnson of Biogas Technologies Unlimited, LLC (BTU) represented Schmack at the AgSTAR National Conference in Baltimore, Maryland from Tuesday February 24 - Wednesday February 25, 2009. AgSTAR materials state "The conference is a must for livestock producers, project developers, regulators, energy professionals, financiers, and others interested in manure digesters and energy projects." AgSTAR is a joint program sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Department of Energy.
